4. Project Terms and Conditions

4.1 Project Initiation

All projects begin after receipt of the agreed-upon deposit or payment. Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in individual project agreements.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and specifications
• Providing necessary materials and content in a timely manner
• Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule

4.3 Revisions and Changes

We include a specified number of revisions in our project quotes. Additional revisions may incur additional charges. Major changes to project scope may require a new quote.

4.4 Project Delivery

Final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of full payment. We will deliver projects in the agreed format and quality standards.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require:

• 50% deposit upon project initiation
• 50% upon project completion and before final delivery

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, mobile money, and other electronic payment methods as agreed upon.

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

MVGraphix retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to:

6.2 Client Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. This typically includes:

• Final design files and assets
• Source code for custom software
• 3D models and renderings
• Documentation and user guides

6.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and MVGraphix regarding the use of our Services.
